L2 EUC Administrator / Support Engineer | 3-Month Contract | Onsite

We are looking for a skilled Level 2 End User Computing (EUC) Specialist for an initial 3-month contract. This role sits perfectly at the intersection of system administration, senior endpoint support, and operational engineering.

You will be the go-to person for managing our modern workplace environment, handling day-to-day administration, and resolving escalated technical issues that the frontline service desk can't solve.

The Details:

  • Rate: $50 per hour

  • Term: 3-month initial contract (possibility to convert to permanent)

  • Location: Onsite (4–5 days per week in the office)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Intune Administration: Managing day-to-day device enrollment, deploying configuration profiles, maintaining security policies, and handling routine application packaging and update management.

  • M365 & Identity Admin: Looking after user accounts, groups, permissions, and licensing across Entra ID, MS365, and Exchange.

  • Azure & AVD Support: Monitoring and maintaining our Azure IaaS environment, including basic VM management and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) user sessions.

  • L2 Escalation Support: Acting as the escalation point for complex Windows endpoint and workplace infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.

  • Process Improvement: Spotting recurring ticket trends and working to automate them out of existence to improve general service delivery.

  • Atlassian Support (Bonus): Assisting with basic administration of Jira and Confluence to keep team documentation and workflows updated.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in a Level 2 Systems Administration or EUC Support role.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic Azure/AVD environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills—you know how to dig into endpoint logs and solve the root cause of an issue.

  • Great communication skills with a user-first mindset, comfortable working entirely onsite to support the team.
